Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any given time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any compensation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Do not share your login credentials with any other party.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact gdlotto's customer support team immediately. gdlotto will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's own negligence in safeguarding their account.

- Not to attempt to hack, sabotage, or interfere with the platform's functionality in any way.
- Not to use automated software, bots, or any unauthorised methods to interact with the platform.
- Not to distribute harmful or defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights, through the platform.
- To comply with all applicable local laws and regulations when using gdlotto's services.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy in MYR
All transactions on the gdlotto platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.
Deposits can be made via a range of supported local payment methods, including internet banking and e-wallets such as Boost and GrabPay. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are subject to change in line with current policy.
Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe depending on the method used. gdlotto reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. In the event of suspected fraud or suspicious activity, gdlotto reserves the right to suspend or cancel the relevant transaction.
All bonuses, free credits, and promotions are subject to specific terms stated separately. Misuse of promotional offers may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

Account Suspension and Closure
Gdlotto reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if the user breaches any provision of these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or is found to have provided false information during registration. In such cases, the account balance may be held while an investigation is carried out.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting gdlotto's customer support team. Account closure will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once all pending transactions have been settled.
